Overview

hike3.5adv

This hike climbs through Uneva Mine Canyon and a remote valley, then descends through Three Fingers Canyon and loops back along the San Rafael Reef. Along the way are soaring sandstone cliffs, beautiful narrows, multicolored geology, mine ruins and nice views. Though not technical, it's best to think of this as an adventure. There's usually no one else around, no trail, and plenty of scrambling and route-finding. The payoff is a sense of exploration and getting away from it all.
