Kahuku Point

USA> Hawaii> Oahu>

Overview

hike3.5int

This hike heads east along the shoreline from Turtle Bay to Kahuku Point, the northernmost point on O'ahu. Along the way are three eroded lava projections teeming with crabs, two long and beautiful undeveloped beaches, tide pools and a variety of coastal vegetation. If you're lucky, you may see monk seals napping and possibly even sea turtles. Overall it's a beautiful and rewarding experience requiring relatively little effort in one of the last areas of undeveloped shoreline on O'ahu.
