Park in the public shoreline access parking lot for Oneloa Beach. The lot has no facilities but restrooms and drinking water are available at the southeast end of the trail at Kapalua Beach.

Alternatively you could access the Kapalua Coastal Trail from the public lots for either Kapalua or DT Fleming beaches, but the Oneloa Beach parking lot is less likely to fill up.
