hike3.5int

This hike follows the Coast Trail in East Sooke Regional Park from Aylard Farm to Beechey Head. Along the way are mixed conifer forest, rocky points, a white-gray beach, ancient Indian petroglyphs and beautiful views of the coast along the Juan de Fuca Strait. You may see seabirds, sea lions and other wildlife. The hike can be shortened by turning back early at one of several junctions or extended by continuing further along the Coast Trail.
