Olympia Eagle

USA> Bay Area> East Bay>

Overview

hike3.5adv

This hike climbs Mount Olympia and the North Peak of Mount Diablo then returns via Eagle Peak. Along the way are meadows, fire roads, oak trees, canyon bottoms, singletrack trails, chaparral, ridges, pine trees and panoramic views over the surrounding area. The trails and roads are well marked and maintained. The biggest challenges are steep climbs and occasionally slippery gravel. The network of trails allows for shorter or longer hikes as desired. There are many junctions so it's best to bring a map.
