This rewarding hike explores the coast from Rodeo Beach to Tennessee Beach then loops back over Wolf Ridge. You'll enjoy lakes, beaches, tide pools, shorebirds, colorful cliffs, dramatic bluff tops, wildflowers and military ruins. The summit of Hill 88 offers panoramic views over San Francisco Bay. The coastal portion follows old trails that are no longer maintained. This is the highlight of the hike but it does involve some route finding, overgrowth, rough terrain and vertical exposure. Use your judgment.
