This hike explores the shoreline from Nawiliwili Bay to Ninini Point. You'll see coast views, harbor jetties, beach parks, resorts, a golf course, an artificial lagoon, rocky bluffs, Kuki'i Point Beacon and Ninini Point Lighthouse. Most of the area is developed and presentable, but perhaps a little short on natural beauty. The resorts may be crowded and noisy. Look for a public elevator near the east end of Kalapaki Beach. The route passes next to Lihue Airport field - large planes may fly just overhead.
