Professor Creek

USA> Moab> Colorado Upriver>

Overview

hike4.5int

This beautiful hike follows Professor Creek to a double waterfall. You'll enjoy a year-round flowing creek, lush greenery, striking red rocks, dramatic narrows and occasional views of nearby Castleton Tower. Flowing water and shady narrows make this a good hike during the warm season. There are intermittent trails on the banks but all you really have to do is follow the water upstream. Keep an eye out for a few spots with poison ivy. For a longer hike, explore some of the side canyons along the way.
