Hidden Canyon - North Rim

USA> Moab> Bartlett>

Overview

hike3.5adv

This hike follows the rim of Hidden Canyon. You'll enjoy hours along a winding rim, multihued slickrock, colorful terrain, deep gullies and continuous canyon views. Eventually the rim is blocked by a narrow overgrown drainage. For much of the route you can either walk along terraced slickrock or you can ascend to a faint mountain bike trail on the beige sandstone shelf just above. A jeep road connects halfway along the rim. For a longer hike, turn up the road to explore the highlands above Hidden Canyon.
