Overview

hike3.0adv

This hike explores the highlands above Jackson Hole. You start off climbing the popular Cliff Hanger jeep trail, then turn onto abandoned roads that fade into a small canyon. Next you climb through a sandstone wonderland along an advanced MTB route marked by white dots. Eventually you turn up a small gully to reach a high point on a rim with stunning views over Jackson Hole and the Colorado River Basin. The upper half of the route offers peace and quiet, beautiful scenery and a fun sense of exploration.
